Who you are buying from
Gilead Press is part of Limitless Rehoboth Technologies Limited, its parent company, registered at .
The seller, and the party you contract with when you buy on this site, is .
Your payment is taken by a payment processor: Paystack if you pay in naira, Flutterwave if you pay in another currency. Which company receives what Flutterwave settles is . What you bought, and who is answerable for it, does not change with the currency you paid in.

What you are buying
Every product on this site is digital. A book is a PDF file you download and read on your own device. Nothing is printed, nothing is posted, and nothing physical is shipped to you.
When your payment is confirmed, what you bought is added to your library on this site. It does not expire, and you can download it again from there. A daily download limit applies, so that one account cannot be used to distribute a file at scale.
These terms apply in the same way to any course sold on this site.
Your licence
Buying a book buys you a licence to read it. It does not transfer the copyright. The copyright in every book and course on this site, and in the text, images and design inside them, stays with the publisher.
The licence is a single-reader licence. You may read the book, keep your own copy of the file, and apply what is in it in your own life and household, without restriction and without having to credit us.
You may not resell it, redistribute it, sub-license it, lend it, post it publicly, upload it to a file-sharing or free-ebook service, or include it in a course of your own.
Personal access
Your account and the books in it are yours personally. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else, and do not pass on a download link: a link from your library is tied to your account, and anything done with it is done as you.
Reading a book yourself, and reading it on more than one of your own devices, is exactly what the licence is for. Handing the file to people who did not buy it is not.
Redistribution, and what we do about it
If a file bought on this site is redistributed, we may withdraw access to it. In practice that means the book is removed from the library it was bought into and can no longer be downloaded from this site.
We may also close the account. Where we do, anything else bought on that account is withdrawn with it.
We would rather write to you first, and in most cases we will.
Payments, prices and refunds
Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout, and your receipt shows the currency you were actually charged. The naira price and the dollar price are two prices we set, not a conversion, so they will not match an exchange rate.
Everything about a payment that went wrong, a duplicate charge, a payment that did not deliver, or a refund is on the payments policy. It is stated there once and this page does not restate it.
Your account
Your account is how you reach what you have bought. It is created from the email address you paid with, so keep that address current and reachable: it is where your receipt, your sign-in codes and any replacement link go.
Our services are not directed at people under the age of 16.
You can delete your account from your account settings. Deleting it removes your sign-in and the books in your library permanently, and it cannot be undone. What happens to the record of your past orders is described on the privacy page.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with them, and that date is how you can tell. The terms that apply to something you have already bought are the terms that were in force when you bought it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of .
Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under a consumer protection law that applies to you.
